holy
In the comments on my metblogs post about the Christian tattoo parlor downtown, the owner speaks:
… As for this being a Christian shop we started our ministry 8 years ago and have been very effective. If you wish to speak to me personally I would love to talk to anyone that chooses to call or stop by. As for you Chris I am sorry that you are so unhappy in your life. We are very blessed!
I love holier-than-thou Christians. They’re just so .. literal.
Idunno, I kinda like Billy Joe and Lynn. They’re following their dream, right? Their dream of operating a tattoo shop and Christian ministry in a beautiful historic building. It’s not a dream I’d have, but it’s kind of cool.
And, honestly, Chris, we’re all a little sorry that you are so unhappy in your life.
Yeah, well, as I stated in the article I don’t have any problem with tattoo parlors — my beef is merely that I think it’s a sad sign for the state of downtown Nashville, and that the neon sign is an abomination on a gorgeous building.
The fact that it’s a christian tattoo parlor is merely amusing.
Oh, that’s so awesome. But I can’t believe the guy didn’t offer to pray for you. A real Christian would pray for you.
