fake news

I always thought the Daily Show had a relatively monopoly on the fake news, but evidently not.

I don’t watch a lot of local news, so you’ll have to forgive me if this is common practice, but this morning WSMV had a brief segment with an “interviewer” sitting down with Ming Wang to “interview” him about the best way to improve reading — Ming Wang’s product(s)!

But this wasn’t just your ordinary paid advertising spot — it had the WSMV channel 4 logo on it and everything. At first I was trying to find out why the “interviewer” sounded so stilted as if she was reading from a script.

It’s nice to see that network news stations aren’t the only ones taking their credibility and shitting it down the toilet.
