My Quiet Life

So, my Grandma every year for Christmas sends me a box of cheddars and summer sausage (best gift ever) from Zutz Cheese House (best company name ever). Out of curiosity, I googled them to see if they have a website, and they do, at www.cheeseboxs.com (best domain name ever). Upon going there, however, I discovered what is possibly ... the worst website ever:

What really cracks me up though is that they have two ads, which, as a result of the keywords, are displaying ads for DIRECT COMPETITORS. E-commerce fail!

Pursuant to a conversation last night, a list of web comics I read that you should also be reading because they are awesome. Listed vaguely in order of awesomeness:

• Achewood
• Dinosaur Comics
• Pictures for Sad Children -- when I discovered this comic I was so happy I could cry.
• Perry Bible Fellowship -- updated rarely, but rarely unfunny.
• Cat and Girl -- one of my old favorites, though I will admit it can be hit or miss. A few years ago I listed some of my favorites.
• Penny Arcade -- despite the fact that I never play video games, I still enjoy Penny Arcade, because it is hilarious.
• Boy on a Stick and Slither -- cute, hit or miss, and occasionally hilarious.
• xkcd
• Saturday Morning Breakfast Comics -- just discovered this one. It's fairly funny, despite the author's obvious issues with women and premature ejaculation.
